Marathon training plan

I have a marathon this Sunday and I haven't run since my last marathon, Florida back in January. With just 5 days till the race does anyone have a good training plan I can follow to get ready? Anyone?

I don't really feel bad about not training. Training just isn't important to me right now. I got other responsibilities right now that take my time and that's cool. Honestly, I could be waking up at 4am like I started to do a few weeks ago and get the training in if I really, really wanted to...but I don't care enough about running or triathlon right now to warrant doing that. So I don't. I may have some regret about that on Sunday, but like all things...regret will eventually pass.

Hope I can find my running shoes by Sunday...

You'll prob find your running shoes in the bag you packed for Disney... possibly located at the bottom of your basement stairwell, you know, where you threw it when you got home from the trip 4 months ago... that's my guess if you can't find them! :)

Good luck this weekend!

Hey, you have winged it before and made it to the finish. Keep your head in the positive zone and don't listen to your legs when they start cursing you for not running enough prior to the marathon. As your older sister my advice, stop signing up for races you aren't motivated to train for. You would probably enjoy racing more if you hand pick your races. How is Ironman training coming or should I not even go there?

Thanks Liz, the shoes were right there in my Florida luggage at the foot of the basement steps. Good call.
